Email Formatting Issue with iPad / iPhone with ActiveSync when Disclaimer is added

Users with iPad & iPhone started to complain of the formatting issue of their emails when a disclaimer was added to the email. I use Trend Micro IMSS in the enviornment for stamping the disclaimers.

We noticed that whenever a disclaimer was added to the email & viewed on iPad or iPhone the email text appeared to be very tiny & the users had to scroll multiple time to be able to read the email, this was very annoying at times.

Unfortunately Trend Micro IMSS does not provide any formatting ability to the Disclaimer but appends the disclaimer in "Plain Text" . I used Exchange 2007 Transport Rules to then add a disclaimer. This works perfectly & provided the best looking disclaimer so far.

Following are the instructions I used for Creating this diclaimer, not to mention my issues with the email formatting was completely resolved.
